Guata Java is a minority woman owned purveyor of specialty coffee directly sourced  from the Solares family finca (farm) in Cobán, Guatemala.  Our mission is to provide the best cup of coffee on earth while giving back.

We care about the purity of the coffee we sell as well as the environment, so at the markets where we also sell coffee by the cup,

• •  We brew our coffee with purified water and unbleached filters.  
• •  To reduce waste in the landfills, we use special cups for our hot coffee that do not require collars.  
• •  We use 20% post consumer recylced cold cups and straws.
• •  And last but not least, we sponsor children from Guatemala through Child Fund International
