San Marcos (Single-origin coffee) - Dark Roast |
|
Every year there are beans that are selected and processed separately from the rest of the lot of coffee that comes from the highest part of Coffea's plantation in Cobán Plateau. These are the beans that the family keeps for themselves. The heavy shade that covers this coffee provides the perfect nourishment for the soil, as each year's foliage covers the ground, creating rich natural nutrients in the soil. It also provides a delicate balance in humidity, while protecting from the heavy and cold rains in this region. A noticeable uniformity in the coffee beans is achieved by using only the bourbon species of Arabica, which emphasizes a clean, crisp, and intense flavor Available finely ground or whole bean. |
