Onca Warrior  - Medium Roast

A bold blend of Guatemala’s 8 coffee growing region.  95% of the coffee is from Coffea farms and 5% from the remaining 7 regions.  Low in acidity.  Dark roast.  Available finely ground for maximum flavor or in whole bean.

The 8-Wonders - Dark Roast

Flavorful and heavy body, with natural tendency of chocolate and caramel.  Medium-dark roast.  Available only in whole bean. 

Espresso - Medium Dark Roast

Completely different from all the other regions by being cloudy and rainy all year round. Much of its soft soil is covered by a dense and humid rain forest.  Coffee in this region display strong fruit flavors, with a well balanced acidity and body.  Very aromatic. Medium roast.  Available finely ground or whole bean.

The warmest of all the coffee growing regions, but also the region with the most intense and abundant rain fall. Rain starts in April and ends in November, creating conditions for this region to have the earliest harvest. Adding to this is the fact that it also has the most volcanic presence. Its coffee is very aromatic with a floral tendency. Pronounced acidity and flowery. Good and delicate body.  Available finely ground or whole bean.

It only took 10 months, but we finally have decaffeinated coffee for sale!  This is the FIRST EVER coffee to be decaffeinated IN Guatemala.  They thought we were crazy but we insisted, and boy are we glad we did.  This coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process and all natural.  Available finely ground or whole bean.
